Hey there Clashers! It’s Krux here and I’m back again with a cold breeze and a new deck guide. We saw some heavy decks in the previous guides with Pekka and Balloon Rascals. Today we will learn the Wall Breakers Dark Prince deck. A new and fresh deck. Let’s dive in!

It is a balanced deck with common cards, epics and the most used legendaries. The free-to-play score is just above average. The skill required is High.

  • Bats: Our low-cost air defence. Can be turned into offence with the right timing and tanking.
  • Dark Prince: It has splash damage and a shield; serving as our major ground defence.
  • Fireball: A hot ball is our pump response and the damage spell.
  • Miner: Where there are wall breakers, there shall be Miner.
  • The LogDoesn’t let the skeleton army touch the wall breakers.
  • Spear Goblins: Air defence and support with spears. Also couples as a ground defence.
  • Wall Breakers: The two brothers are our win condition in this Wall Breakers Dark Prince deck.
  • Tesla: The defensive building to divert tanks and kill them with our defence.

The Wall Breakers Dark Prince deck offers a very good synergy and is really fun to play in ladder. Wall breakers cycle decks are my favourite. They are offensive and fast.

Opening: Our Wall breakers Dark Prince is a fast deck and the best would be to wait and let the seconds pass in the beginning. If it gets boring, we can start with the Wall breakers in the middle of the arena splitting them in both lanes. Or we can place the spear goblins at the bridge. It’s just cycling and none is the best. The opponent will defend our initial move and we will respond to their card. We will try to use as little elixir as possible in all our moves. Overcommitting is easy in this deck and we don’t wanna fall for it. If it’s a ground troop, we can use our Dark Prince. If it can be managed by Bats or Spear Goblins, we will do that instead. We will also not play aggressively in the first minute at least. We have to know the deck our opponent is playing. It will help us in deciding when to use which card. Our placing of Bats and Fireball depends on their deck. After defending, we can cycle the Miner and Wall breakers.Wall breakers dark

Mid-Game: Tesla is our building to be placed when the enemy uses a tank and wants to push on our tower. Place the Tesla in the middle. And then we’ll cycle our Wall breakers and miner in the other lane. It is to force the opponent to defend it and use their elixir there instead of supporting the push on our tower. Dark Prince song with Tesla, Spear Goblins and bats will be our defence. In case, it gets tough, we can also fireball taking care that it is not a negative elixir trade. Placements of the Spear Goblins and Bats are important as they should die as placed.

Endgame: We will repeat our Wall Breakers Dark Prince cycle till we get the crown. Miner will also be coupled with Spear Goblins and Bats if necessary. It depends on the opponent’s deck and the timing.wall breakers darkk

Weakness
1. Heavy decks: 
Wall Breakers Dark Prince gives good results when played against cycle decks and the usual control decks. Decks with tanks and heavy hitters are the weakness. For example, Giant Double Prince, Pekka Bridgespam. It is obviously because we lack a heavy hitter to counter both lanes at the same time. It’s not that we can’t win those matches but it’s a bit tough. It takes a good sense of elixir counting and card placement.

copy deckThe Pekka Ram Rider deck comes with an average elixir cost of 4.1. The 4-card cycle is 13. It has a great offence and an extremely good defence. Since the deck has legendary and epic cards, new players would find it hard to level up these. The deck is suited for mid-ladder and upper ladder players.

  • Pekka: Our win condition and unmatched satisfaction when it kills tanks with that sword.
  • Electro Wizard: Support for the Pekka to deal with Inferno Dragon/Tower.
  • Fireball: It is the pump response and occasionally clearing the troops near the enemy’s tower.
  • Bandit: Good defence and an offence to be placed at the bridge.
  • Ram Rider: Ram Rider is the bridgespam surprise for our opponent. Second win condition.
  • Dark Prince: The defence troop with splash damage and a shield.
  • Barbarian Barrel: Clearing out the skeleton army and the goblins can’t be better!
  • Mother Witch: The 2-elixir trunk is for all the squishy troops that come in its way.

We have some first moves on our sleeves if we don’t want to play the waiting game. And it won’t be costly for us even if the opponent defends them.

Pekka Ram Rider deck

Opening: Bandit and Dark Prince are our cards for the opening move. Both are meant to be played at the back of the King tower. We won’t ever start with the Pekka in the back or the Mother Witch. Playing Pekka opens the chances of getting punished. In response to the Bandit, the opponent will defend with a troop. Use one of the defences accordingly, either Dark Prince or Mother witch if it is a swarm. Mother witch is our answer to skeleton army, Bats, and Graveyard in this Pekka Ram Rider deck. After two or three cards, we will be in place to start with our attack cycle. We can place the Pekka in the back and wait. We will wait till it crosses the Princess tower. Our support card would depend on the opponent’s response. It will be electro Wizard most probably. Place it behind the Pekka; keep some distance so that a Mega Knight or another defence doesn’t crush it with the Pekka. Barbarian Barrel and the Dark Prince will be at our fingertips to support the push. And if the push gets through, we have the Ram Rider.Pekka ram rider

Mid-Game: Ram Rider is ought to be used in the same lane if it’s a normal deck and in the other lane if we are facing a beatdown or heavy deck. If the opponent has a good defence for our Pekka and can stop our push before it damages their Princess tower, the Ram Rider will go in the second lane. It will build pressure and force them to use elixir in that lane. They cannot defend both sides against our Pekka Ram Rider deck and we will get the damage in one of them. Don’t hesitate to use the Barbarian Barrel or the Fireball if a positive trade comes up in the arena. After connecting to their tower, we will wait for the elixir to build. Don’t be spamming ceaseless. We have to defend the counter push now. We should have the Bandit, Mother Witch and Dark Prince in the cycle again for the defence. A combination of these would be good. We can also use the Barb barrel to divert the enemies if we have it in the cycle.Pekka Ram riderrr

Endgame: Either we have placed the Pekka to kill the tank in the counter push or we will place it now ahead of the defending troops. They will support it. We have to repeat the attack cycle again with the Pekka and Electro Wizard along with the Ram Rider. Two attacks should get us a crown.

Weakness
1. X-Bow cycle: 
Pekka is slow and the X-bow is fast. Our Pekka Ram Rider deck is not a fast cycle and it can be a little too fast for us to catch up with the X-Bow and the Tesla together. Dual lane pressure comes into play in this and we won’t let the opponent put his machines in the same lane. Do not keep trying on the single tower in double elixir as they will be rotating the X-bow faster than us rotating the Pekka. Force them to use their X-bow and Tesla at different times and damage their towers with 2-3 pushes.

We will today see the Balloon Rascals deck. It is a control deck and has low elixir cards and a fast cycle. Without any delay, let’s get started!

copy deckThe Balloon Rascals deck has an average elixir of 3.3 and the shortest card cycle of 8. It has a great defence and good attack. The free-to-play score is also good for this Balloon Rascals deck.

  • Balloon: Our win condition and the punishment to be dropped at the bridge if the opponent makes a mistake.
  • Bats: These night creatures are our anti-air defence and support.
  • Snowball: Another low-cost spell to clear the swarms out of the way and cycle the deck.
  • Ice Golem: Both as a mini tank to divert the enemies while defending and as a tank while attacking.
  • Inferno Tower: The major defence and tank killer in our Ballon Rascals deck.
  • Miner: Mini tank to couple with the Balloon. Also chipping away the tower.
  • Rascals: Both ground and anti-air defence and the major support card when pushing with the Balloon.
  • The Log: The 2-elixir trunk is for all the squishy troops that come in its way.

The Balloon Rascals deck offers a good defence and a godly synergy amongst the cards. We have the three kids from the jungle to start with.Balloon Rascals deck

 

Opening: We will start with the Rascals at the back of the King tower. There are not many openings in this deck and we don’t want to waste any card. Basically, the Rascals are the best initial move we should make. If they are not in hand, then the Bats or Snowball to cycle the cards. Never start with eh Balloon or the Miner. Once the Rascals start moving towards the bridge, we’ll keep the Miner and the Balloon in our hand to place at the bridge. We will also see what the opponent has placed in defence. Make sure it is not a strong anti-air card like Musketeer or Dragon and put the Balloon at the bridge over the Rascals. Also, send the Miner to the Princess Tower. After this have the spells ready to help the Rascals kill the defence the opponent puts. Let the Bats out too if needed to take on an Inferno Dragon or other anti-air. Use the Log and the Snowball to keep the Balloon and the Rascals alive. Don’t hesitate to use them. Our Balloon should take a hit on the Princess tower if not more. rascals deck

Mid-Game: We have gone all in one time with the Balloon, Miner and the spells. It’s our turn to defend now. This Balloon Rascals deck has the inferno Tower and the Ice Golem as the defence. If the enemy has placed a tank such as Pekka, Electro Giant or Mega Knight, our Inferno Tower will go in the middle of the arena. The Ice Golem will come in handy in diverting the supports from the Inferno Tower while it kills the tank. Don’t overthink and use the Rascals also if defending the push gets tough. But place them at a distance. This should successfully defend our towers and now we are ready to strike again.

rascals deckkEndgame: We have defended the opponent’s push and now we can start our attack again. Place the Rascals at the back and repeat it as we did the first time. Let the Balloon and Miner go while the Rascals kill the defence on the ground. Use the Bats and the spells to inflict maximum damage. We should get a crown at this moment or at least the Princess tower would be low on health. Ready to defend with the Inferno Tower again. The Balloon Rascals deck is a one-crow deck and we won’t overcommit in haste to take more than.

Weakness
1. Pekka bridgespam decks:
We know these are annoying. Ours is a control deck and what makes it countered by a good Pekka player is that we don’t have a heavy hitter troop in our deck. We have one Inferno Tower to kill the tank and it gets tough to handle dual lane pressure. In this case, we will have to judiciously use our spells at the right time and place. No scope for overcommitting.

Hi Clashers! It’s Krux here and I’m back again with cool damp air and a new deck guide. The new Season 24 has kickstarted and the boosted card is Goblin Giant. It has been some time since we saw the green giant in meta. So it’s the best time to learn a new deck.

copy deckThe Goblin Giant Prince deck has an average elixir of 3.8 and a shortest card cycle of 11. It has a great offence and defence. There are epic cards so the free to play score is average if you don’t have Prince and Goblin giant levelled up.

  • Mega Minion: Mega Minion is the major anti-air defence along with the Musketeer. Better if overleveled.
  • Fireball: The pump response spell for defensive buildings and troops gathering around the opponent’s tower.
  • Goblin Giant: Big and green win condition of the Goblin Giant Prince deck. The tank and the punishment for spending elixir.
  • Guards: Three little skeletons with shields. Takes out a Mini Pekka, Hog Rider or Prince.
  • Musketeer: It comes as our major anti-air attack and defence with a long range. Also awesome support for the tank.
  • Prince: Defence and support with a lance. Also to put pressure in the other lane if needed.
  • Royal Delivery: A package dropping off the sky to clear out minions and other swarms. Also to stop Wizards and Witches. Top-notch defence.
  • Zap: The 2-elixir tiny shock to deal with skeleton army, goblins, and to reset the enemy troops.

The Goblin Giant Prince deck offers a godly defence and that allows us to make the first move with any card we want ideally. Still, we won’t be hasty to make a blunder.

Goblin Giant Prince deck

Opening: We can start with the Goblin Giant in the back, the Prince or the Musketeer. Never at the bridge though. If the opponent makes the first move, it’s better for us to judge and respond. Goblin Giant is better to place at the back than Prince because Prince is our major defence and we may need it later. If the opponent uses a Wizard or Witch at the back of their King tower in response to our initial card, use Fireball to take the Wizard out. A good level Fireball will be useful to kill it. After it, we will place our Musketeer or Mega Minion behind the Goblin Giant at some distance. Maintain the distance so that the opponent can’t drop a Mega Knight or Pekka directly on the support. We will now have the Zap or the Prince at our fingertips to use. Zap for Inferno Dragon, Inferno Tower or Skeleton Army. Prince will be used if they overcommit and we clear their defence easily. We can place the Prince at the bridge if the Goblin Giant connects to the Princess Tower and the enemy ends up using all their elixir. If they defend the Goblin Giant, we will just wait for the Musketeer to clear out the defence. Ready to face the counter-push.Goblin giant deck

Mid-Game: There is no problem if we didn’t get too much damage from the first push. We now know the opponent’s cards. We have to defend the counter-push using our Royal Delivery, Guards, Prince and Mega Minion. Depending upon the opponent’s troops, a combination of these would be enough to defend. For example, suppose they send a Pekka with a Witch or any other support in the back. We will place the Musketeer at the middle of the arena with the Royal Delivery dropping upon both of them. The Musketeer will take it out as the Pekka hits the Royal Delivery. No hit on our tower. If it’s a Mega Knight, Prince at the middle so that it charges and hits the Mega Knight. Paired with a Mega Minion or Royal Delivery to kill the support behind it. The defence is strong for our Goblin Giant Prince deck. Once defended, we can build a counter-push using the alive Prince or Musketeer. We will place the Goblin Giant ahead of them and they will become the support.

Endgame: We are going on with full force on the opponent’s Princess tower now in the double elixir. With the Goblin Giant leading the push and the Musketeer, Mega Minion and Fireball supporting it. Fireball the defensive building the enemy places and Zap the swarms. Our green guy should connect to the tower while the Musketeer takes shots at the tower. Don’t hesitate to put the Prince at the bridge if they try to kill the Musketeer. Double elixir is our advantage. We should have one crown with us after this mishap.
In case, they somehow defend, check if there are just a few seconds left for the match and you can fireball to get the crown. If not, we will repeat the attack-defend cycle.gob prince

Weakness
1. Golem beatdown decks: 
Golem decks are a bit tricky to play against with this Goblin Giant Prince deck. We don’t have a heavy damage spell or a tank killer. So we will have to make sure that the opponent can’t build a massive push against us. We will split the Prince and the Goblin Giant into two lanes to put pressure and they will have to use their elixir. They can’t ignore a charging prince. Just put the Goblin Giant immediately in the other lane after they place their Golem at the back. Golem without support will be easily defended by Prince and Mega Minion/Musketeer.

Hi there, Clashers! It’s Krux here, and I’m back with a cool gust of wind. The new Season 24 Rumble in the Jungle started on June 7, and with it came a horde of changes in the game. Along with the Balance changes and new arenas, we also got a new card—the Goblin Drill. So, let’s dive in and find out everything you need to know about the Goblin Drill in Clash Royale without any delay.

Card Overview

This is how the card looks in the in-game deck section. The description says—GoblinDrillCard

“Building capable of burrowing underground and appearing anywhere in the Arena. Spawns Goblins one at a time until destroyed. Then spawns a few more, to make sure everything nearby has been properly stabbed.”

Phew! This is one long description. Actually, one of the longest descriptions for any card in the game. So let’s make it simple.

  • The Goblin Drill is an epic card unlockable in Arena 13. It can be unlocked this season in the special challenge also.
  • It is a building card that costs 4 elixir in the game.
  • It digs through the ground and reaches anywhere in the arena. Looks like the Goblins got a moving hut!
  • It spawns goblins with daggers, the ones which the Goblin Barrel carries. A goblin is spawned once every 3 seconds, and the life of the building is 9 seconds. Upon disappearing, 3 more goblins join their mates. So it’s a total of 7 goblins.

Goblin Drill in the Arena

  • The Goblin Drill can be played both offensively and defensively. It can be placed right at the opponent’s Princess towers which makes it a great offence. Or we can place it in the middle of the arena as a defensive building. But keep in mind the short lifespan.
  • The Goblin Drill can be used to eliminate spawner buildings and elixir storage placed by the opponent behind their towers. The goblins can absorb the spawns and then take out the building.
  • The Goblin Drill has a knockback effect of 1 tile, and it can stop the Ram Rider charging, Hog Rider and the Bandit’s dash.
  • It takes out a Giant if placed in the middle, a Royal Giant if placed right at the bridge immediately. It cannot counter the Electro giant, and that doesn’t shock us.
  • A Goblin Drill cannot be fully wiped out by a Fireball, Poison, Earthquake, Log, Arrows, or even the Lightning. A rocket can take it out, but it is a negative elixir trade.
  • We can use the Barbarian Barrel or Log to soften its damage as they will kill the spawned goblins as well as damage the building itself. This makes the new card a spell bait for the Arrows, Log, and Fireball.
  • A Goblin Drill can endure one hit of the Sparky! And after that, it spawns 3 goblins to take it out. This sounds nice.
  • Pairing a min tank with a low elixir card is a good strategy to defend a Goblin Drill. Example- Bomber with the Ice Golem.
  • One card defences are Executioner, Bowler, or even Musketeer. They should be placed at a distance so that the goblins do not attack them.

We now have a broad idea of the new card in the game. We are going to see a lot of drilling in the coming days. It will be fun to see how the card works out in the ladder and the meta. Hey Clashers! It’s Krux here and I’m back again with some refreshing air and the latest Clash Royale update. We are into June and the sun is warming the days. The second quarter of this year has started and the second big update of the year will be here with it. Go to Clash Royale Summer Update to know everything about it. The current season ends on June 7 and Clash Royale Season 24 will start. It is called Rumble in the Jungle, a reference to the Rascals who has a hideout in the jungle.

This season’s Pass Royale has a tower skin and exclusive emote. The shop will also have a buyable emote during the season. Though no free emotes or skin but the pass royale items may catch your eye. Let’s what it offer this season!

The season is Rumble in the Jungle and the pass royale tower skin is based on the greenery of the jungle. The King tower has a crown made of three leaves in the front and some leaves on it at the back. The Princess towers have vines entwined around them and a purple flower blooms at the front. The skin complements the Jungle theme nicely.

A brand new card is coming into the game with its brand new emote with it! We will have the Goblin Drill Drive emote which would be unlockable from a challenge. We can see a happy goblin in the Drill’s window as it flies out of the ground.

Firecracker: Heart

After years, we will get a new emote in the trophy road! The    Firecracker happily throws her hands in the air and a heart gets out. A lovely emote.

Firstly, this emote looks like an existing Dart Goblin emote in which it blows confetti through that blowpipe. But this one has a twist. The wind is blowing in the opposite direction and the dart accidentally gets backfired into the goblin itself. This emote would be in the Pass royale.

A fiery skeleton dragon tries to fire but its loosely fitted bony jaw drops in mid-air. It leaves our friend sweaty with embarrassment. This emote will be available in the shop.

Clash Royale Season 24 Arena

Ooga Booga! We are visiting the Jungle Arena to do some rumble. The jungle is the Arena 9 on the trophy road. It has lush coconut trees on the sides with fireflies lighting it up serenely. There are big statues of faces behind the towers whose eyes have fires lighting them up. Looks like a Goblin God is watching over the arena. One of the best looking arenas in the game! I like it.

goblin drillGoblin Drill: The new card will be boosted for the season as it usually is. I hear a rumbling coming from the earth… is it an earthquake? Is it my stomach? No, it’s the Goblin Drill!

 

Clash Royale Season 24 Balance Changes

With season 24, the summer update will also be live and it has balance changes coming with it. Here’s an overview of the changes.

  • Furnace: The furnace has been reworked. It will now spawn 1 fire spirit in 7 seconds.
  • Fire Spirit: The tiny fiends have been reworked too. It will now cost 1 elixir and it will have only one Fire Spirit. Its damage, range and hitpoints have been increased.
  • Rascals: The first hit time is reduced to 0.8 seconds from 1 second.
  • Cannon: Buffed with first hit time reduced to 0.9 seconds. The same goes for the Cannon cart after breaking down.
  • Giant Skeleton: After the nerf, the big guy has been buffed again. The death damage to towers is now 888.
  • Golem: Death damage of the golem is reduced by 28% in Season 24 Balance changes.
  • Elite Barbarians: Their sight range has been increased to 6. Now they won’t ignore the buildings placed in the middle of the arena.
  • Ice Wizard: Ice Wizard has been nerfed. Hitpoints reduced by 3%. It means that the fireball can take it out (level 9).

The most anticipated and the most exciting item of the Clash Royale Summer Update is this.

  • Right now, the trophy road ends at 7000 trophies with the league being Ultimate Champion. It has been extended to 8000 trophies now. The name has not been changed and it will be called Ultimate Champion as before.
  • The start of the leagues has been changed to 5000 trophies from 4000 trophies! It starts with Challenger I
  • Two new Arenas are coming with the extension! They are Rascals Hideout and Serenity Peak. new arena
  • League reset: The trophy reset at the end of the season will not be dynamic. It means that they won’t be halved for everyone. The higher you climb on the ladder, the lesser reset you will get. The detailed chart can be seen here—the Trophy Reset chart.
  • Trophy loss: After Master I on leagues, an equal amount of trophies will be lost on losing and gained on winning. It depends on the opponent’s trophies also.

Gold and Chests

Gold has been scarce at higher levels and players have been demanding this for long. The Clash Royale Summer Update is going to add new and easy ways to earn more gold.

  • Gold Crates: Gold crates are making an entry into the game. Players will be getting these crates from match wins as they get chests.gold crates 1 These crates will replace the chests in the chest slots when players get them. Upon unlocking, they will reward with gold (a good amount).
    They don’t have any cards. The higher your king level, the more gold crates you will get!
  • Arena 14 and 15 chests: These chests will have more rewards than arena 13 and also more victory gold.
  • Shorter Pass Royale: The number of crowns required to complete the Pass Royale has been decreased. Some tiers will unlock at 10 crowns and some at 5. This reduced the total crowns needed to complete all the tiers to 200 from the previous 350.
  • More Bonus gold: At the end of the Pass royale, the Bonus bank can now hold 25000 gold instead of 10000.

Clan War II Changes

Players have been raising issues since the Clan Wars II released last year. With this Clash Royale Summer Update, they are getting addressed.

  • Fame is now called Medals.
  • Medals will transform into Movement points, symbolised by the anchor in-game. The more the medals, the more movement points, the further the boat goes.
  • Training days and Battle days: There has been the issue of clans completing the race in two days and then sitting idle, watching the boats lying around in the river. Now, the first 3 days of the week will be Training days and the rest Battle days.
    clan warsOn Training Days (Monday to Wednesday), you can earn Gold by practising with your War decks in River Battles and add defences on your boat. On Battle days, you can earn Medals and attack other boats.
  • 24-hour format: Boats will now move forward at the end of the day based upon the Medals they earn that day.
  • Boat defences: Based on the defences that survive each battle day, the boat will move even more forward.

Goblin Drill: New Card

Brace yourselves because some goblins are going to attack your towers from below. With the coming Clash Royale Summer Update and the new season, we will have Goblin Drill to be unlocked in challenges. Everything you need to know about the Goblin Drill Clash

The Goblin Drill is an Epic card with the cost of 4 elixir. It tunnels through the ground just like Miner and can be used anywhere in the Arena. It unloads its passengers once it has surfaced on the other side.

Quality of Life Improvements

  • We now have a total of 10 deck slots. Finally!
  • Battle replays now have rewind functionality!
  • Random Tower Skin selector can be used to automatically switch between the different tower skins you own in each match
  • More permanent game modes added in friendly matches

Hi there, Clashers! It’s Krux here and I’m back again with a summer thunderstorm and a new deck guide. Elite Barbarians are alive in the game this season after the balance changes. There are many Ebarbs decks to be seen. We covered the Golem Ebarbs deck and now we have brought you today a tasty thing called Wall breakers Ebarbs deck with which you can annoy your opponents to the peak. Haha, let’s get started!

  • Mega Knight: Our tank. Our crusher. The heavyweight to smash everyone.
  • Zap: The small spell to take out Skeleton armies and reset attackers.
  • Fireball: Fireball is the pump response and defence spell in this Wall breakers Ebarbs deck.
  • Miner: We know Miner is the best companion to the Wall breakers.
  • Bomber: Bomber is our low-elixir defence for ground troops and support card while pushing.
  • Inferno Dragon: Our anti-air defence, the killer for Pekkas and Mega Knights and a spell bait.
  • Wall Breakers: Tiny little friends as our win condition and to keep the opponents on their toes.
  • Elite Barbarians: Another win condition and to spam in the other lane.

With an average elixir cost of 3.8, this Wall breakers Ebarbs deck is not as heavy as it looks. It has good defence and offence. The free-to-play score is not so great because it has three legendary cards. But if you have a decent level Mega Knight and Inferno Dragon, there are no worries. Miner is not so level dependent as it is a mini tank in this deck.Wall Breakers Ebarbs deck

Opening: The best way to start with is waiting. Wall breakers Ebarbs deck doesn’t have a lot of starting hands to play as the first move. If we don’t want to wait or it is getting sleepily long to wait, we start with the Wall breakers in the middle of the two bridges, so that they split to both the Princess towers. This is the way if we have them in the first four cards. If we don’t, then we can also send the Miner on the tower and then the wall breakers. Ebarbs and Mega Knight are not our first move ever. After the initial moves, defend what they sent for your Wall breakers using Bomber (most probably). If the opponent plays aggressive and spends too much elixir, we can counter push with our Ebabrs or Mega Knight. For example, if they used The Log and then a Witch for the Miner and Wall breakers, they spent 7 elixirs, we can send our Mega Knight on the Witch and then the Bomber as support. If not, we will defend using our Bomber or Zap as needed.mk ebarbs

If you see a Golem or Pekka at the back of the enemy’s tower, punish them with Wall breakers so that they are forced to spend the elixir. We don’t want them to build a massive push against us. Even if they don’t respond to the Wall breakers, do not overcommit and send more troops. We want our defence when they attack.

Mid-game: If we find a big push from the opponent coming, we’ll place the Inferno Dragon in the right lower corner. We will wait for the attack to cross the bridge and then we will use either the Mega Knight or the Elite barbarians to tank for the Inferno Dragon. Once placed, our Inferno Dragon should lock on the tank. We can also have the Zap in hand to get rid of Bats/Goblins or any feeble support. We won’t hesitate to even use the Bomber in the middle of the arena if it’s tough to take out the push. We don’t have a building and these small defences should make it for it. Once we have successfully defended, we have Miner, Wall breakers, and Fireball to use. Just as the enemies are taken out, send the Miner and Wall breakers on the Princess tower. We’ll also keep the Fireball on our fingertips to use on the defence the opponent places. It would be a positive elixir trade to fireball Witches, Wizards, Rascals, Buildings etc. We got the damage and now it’s our turn again to defend.ebarbs

Endgame: We have our Ebarbs/Mega Knight along with the Bomber and Inferno Dragon to defend. Start with the supports in the back and place the heavyweights on the enemy troops themselves. At times, it can get tricky to defend. Decks, where there is a lot of air attacks, can be hard as we don’t have an anti-air splash attack. In such cases, we’ll have to put dual lane pressure on the opponent to avoid big attacks in one lane. We can send the Wall Breakers in the other lane while our troops fight their attack in the other lane. If the opponent places a lot of troops in the fighting lane, we will send the Ebarbs in the other one to squeeze out a crown. In any match, we will repeat the cycle with or without dual lane pressure.

Weaknesses:
1. Lava Hound decks: Most of the Lava hound decks are overflowing with air attacks such as Balloon, Dragons etc. And this makes them a counter matchup for our Wall Breakers Ebarbs deck. Suh a match requires essential dual-lane play and good elixir counting. We have to avoid the Lava Hound and the Balloon in the same lane at any cost. Mega Knight and Ebarbs should go in different lanes while using Fireball on the Princess Tower and the defence.

  • Hog Rider: Our win condition. Need not say more that we will be cycling Hog riders to take those towers down.
  • Valkyrie: To take the swarms by the sweep. Support and a mini tank for Hog Rider.
  • Tesla: We have tesla as the defensive building which attacks both ground and air troops.
  • The Log: The spell which we will be using unrestrained to knock back the enemies and damage.
  • Skeletons: These are not useless in this Valkyrie Hog rider deck. Our short-range defence and barrel bait. Also to cycle the deck cards fast.
  • Archers: Our anti-air defence and another spell bait.
  • Earthquake: This spell is our pump response to their defensive buildings. Also to pair with the hog rider.
  • Royal Delivery: With its splash, Royal delivery is very good air and ground defence. Can be used against a lot of cards.

The Valkyrie Hog Rider deck has an average elixir cost of 3. It comes with great defence and good versatility. The free-to-play score is good for the Valkyrie Hog Rider deck, so if you are just a casual player, you can have some fun too.valk hog 1

Opening: Our Valkyrie Hog Rider deck is a fast cycle deck and we don’t have to wait much. Once the elixir bar hits 10, we can start with our moves. Either place the Skeletons at the back, or the Archers or even the Valkyrie. Don’t spam the Hog rider at the bridge; it will waste our one damage cycle. After the first move, the opponent will also place their troop at the back of their King tower. Our next reactions will depend on it. If they drop a heavy tank such as Pekka or Golem, after 1-2 seconds when it is behind their Princess tower, place the Tesla in the middle of the arena. Then wait again for the elixir to bar to hit 10 and place defence at the right lower corner of the arena. It should be Archers preferably if you haven’t used them. If not, then Skeletons. But not Valkyrie. Valkyrie is best used when placed immediately near the enemies. After this, we will wait for the opponent’s push to cross the bridge. We will have the Valkyrie or the Royal Delivery ready to be placed on top of the push. Also followed by the Log if needed. In a rare case, if Log is not there, only then Earthquake.

Valkyrie Hog Rider deckMid-game: Our Valkyrie Hog rider deck gives us great defence for most type of attacks. After defending the push, we will place the Hog rider without any delay. Just when the enemy troops are going to die or have just vanished, we’ll place the Hog Rider. Also, keep the Earthquake on our tips to use for a Skeleton Army or Goblin Gang. We will use the Earthquake for any defensive building also. So it should be placed with it affecting the Princess Tower and the building placed by the opponent. Our defence which is alive would be the support for the Hog Rider. And just like this, we will have three shots by the Hog Rider and a smile on our face. We will let the elixir bar fill after this rampage. Once it is full, we will start the cycle again with Skeletons or Archers or Valkyrie. We now know the opponent’s deck and our first move will depend on it. If they have air attacks, we won’t want to use our Archers first.

valk hog2Endgame: Valkyrie Hog rider deck is a fast cycle and the opponent should get annoyed with the repeated Hog Riders. We will repeat the cycles with the hog Rider paired with the Earthquake again and again. Also combining the other cards to defend anything that comes. In an unusual case, if defending gets tough in a massive push, we will have to force the opponent to use elixir by using the Hog Rider in the other lane. It will stop them to build a big push. In normal cases, our Tesla, Archers and Royal Delivery combination would be enough.
